"Staff well manned hotel rooms lovely & clean .only down side the lunching & dinner are very expensive we had sausage & mash wish was £19.50 which is a long do not get me wrong the sausage are very tasty but not cheap. "

It is based at (and overlooks) Folkestone harbour which is ideal plus the shopping area is spread around very closely with plenty of places to eat and drink. This is the second time at the hotel and staff go above and beyond to make the stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. "

"Great location and well maintained clean hotel. Nobody at reception when I arrived and no way to contact anyone so a bit of a wait. This is a traditional old British building (though modernised) but this does mean uneven floors, small corridors and lots of stairs. Rooms are more than comfortable, well decorated and overall I’d recommend this hotel and would stay again."
