"Situé sur une rue très passante matin et soir,fenêtre salon donnant directement sur le trottoir, aucune place pour poser la vaisselle afin de la laver (avec un tourchon de cuisine très douteux au niveau propreté), aucune tablette dans la salle de bain pour poser les trousses de toilettes etc.... bref grosse déception!!!"

This is a nicely modernised property on a conveniently located residential street close to Mihinic Beach. You can walk from the front door to the beach in about 4-5 mins.
