Luxurious spot in St Malo
Staff was wonderful, the room was roomy, the bed comfy and the bathroom well appointed with toiletries, a plush robe and slippers. Beautiful views of the ocean and a very nice (if busy) spa.

I do not recommend
The room had a very unpleasant smell, as if the carpet had never been washed. Very small shower. Breakfast was awful, cold, unappetizing scrambled eggs that took a very long time to arrive. None of the waiters in the restaurant spoke English, is this really the standard for a Grand Hotel? The situation was saved by a very polite employee from the reception and a beautiful view.

Séjour agrèable
nous avons effectué un séjour très agréable. les prestations sont à la hauteur, cependant un peu trop de monde au spa le samedi. Le personnel très accueillant et poli. Concernant la restauration , je conseille le Cap Horn le midi pour la vue sur la mer et la Verrière le soir. Je recommande cet hôtel pour une belle parenthèse à St Malo.

Très beau séjour dans cet hôtel que nous aimons beaucoup. Quelques points à améliorer toutefois: la chambre n'avait pas malheureusement le standing d'un hôtel 5 étoiles. La salle de bain comportait des traces de moisissure et la décoration était défraîchie. Nous avions séjourné dans la partie plus récente l'année dernière et avons été surpris que la partie dite 'historique' n'était pas rénovée au même standard que l'autre section. De plus, je crois que pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, il devrait y avoir une option 'early check-in'. Ce dernier est toujours très compliqué à cet hôtel, comme ils nous font attendre jusqu'à la dernière minute possible pour prendre possession de la chambre. Cela est irritant. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et le parcours Aquatonic un incontournable. Je crois toutefois que ce dernier devrait être gratuit pour les clients de l'hôtel.
