"What a wonderful place to get together with our extended family. The pool was spotless, kitchen was well stocked and plenty of room to have time out if needed. The showers in some of the rooms are not for the curvier body, as very narrow entrances, but there's enough other showers in the house, so not a problem. "We so enjoyed our holiday in this ideally located cosy cottage with its fantastic pool which was used daily. We were able to walk to the pretty market town of Uzes with its amazing array of shops and restaurants,on a quiet path behind the house. Nimes with its impressive Roman history and lots of beautiful countryside were easily accessible. Our host, Veronique, was very friendly and extremely conscientious at meeting our needs. Location - you are within a comfortable walk to Uzes centre yet far enough away to not have to worry about being crowded by the Wednesday and Saturday markets. "A lovely, clean and new property. Hosts Christine and Jean-Christophe were very warm and welcoming, they gave us lots of great local tips for stores and tourist attractions. They were always quick to communicate with us when we had questions. We'd definitely stay here again."

"Stunning location and property had a rustic charm to it. There are plenty of places to visit with great restaurants and cafes. Beaches were fabulous, as were many other places that we found or that were recommended to us. Could’ve benefited from a 3rd toilet and shower at the poolside, but we managed without. "We had an excellent fortnight in this beautiful house. The terrace and pool were particularly welcome as we were there during the 2022 heatwave. The house is well placed for visits to Provence, the Ardeche and Montpellier, as well as Uzes and Nimes. Note that the house does have fans in the bedrooms (despite what an earlier review says). Mosquitoes were a bit of a nuisance but kept reasonably at bay with a coil on the terrace and plug ins at night. Overall I would strongly recommend this...
