"Your description should include that this is a fourth floor walkup with no elevator. Since my wife and I are 75 years old this was a challenge. Also the steps up to the upper bedroom were not safe.The property was spotless and spacious and in a good location but this was offset by the fact that it was a construction site. When we walked into the building the first thing that was saw was a power saw and a stack of lumber and throughout the hallways up to the fourth floor there were workmen on...

"Petit studio plein de charme en plein centre ville à 500m de deux stations de métro. Le studio est très bien équipé. La décoration, la vaisselle sont choisies avec goût. Tout a été refait à neuf récemment. Il faut savoir que la rue piétonne est bordée de 3 très bons restaurants forts agréables mais qui peuvent amener un peu de discussions animées à vos oreilles. Il faut également savoir que l'escalier amenant au studio est étroit."

"the location was better than expected ( based on our earlier experience). for two persons it was very functional. location was excellent ( services/shops downstairs, short walk to the centre, close enough to the railway station). calm place, no disturbing noise ( at least in July, when potentially less people in neighbourhood) can warmly recommend when not too hot outside ( no airconditioning)"
