"Whillam's studio faces onto his lovely garden, with a lit seating area. The bed is really comfortable and the facilities really good with air conditioning. The area is suburbon, but Lyon's transport is excellent, and the studio is a couple of minutes walk to the 4 & 6 Trams, with a 20 minute ride to central Lyon.The local tram stops are also right next to the local outdoor market, and an Auchan supermarket. I couldn't recommend Lyon and Whilliam's studio more highly. Jonathan Leeds"

"l’appartement est sympa mais le canapé est défoncé, la poussière est l’occupant principale des lieux la poignée de porte est cassée dans les toilettes la porte du frigo trône dans le salon le fauteuil est complètement usé et les chutes de simili se répandent dans l’appartement les miettes des precedents locataires tapissés les tabourets, les vitres sont innommables le hall d’entrée est un débarras( tapis, tv ) c’est vraiment dommage !"

All the contact information was great (pictures made everything easy to understand). Of note, we had a minor crisis when an electrical issue locked us out of the unit. "To say our stay was riddled with problems would be an understatement. The problems began before we arrived when we realised that from the nearest metro station we would have to climb either 14 flights of stairs or walk up a large hill - all with suitcases. While the ad mentions the “heights” of Old Lyon, there is no mention of the accessibility issues in reaching the apartment. When you finally reach the building, there are 3 more staircases through a dilapidated building to reach the flat....

"Vincent was attentive and helpful - we loved the location in the heart of the restaurant district and right across the river from Old town Lyon. There were some steps to get to the apartment on the top level but it was spacious, very clean, well appointed and a spectacular view of the Basilica from our living room window. We would recommend this to friends and stay here again!! Lyon exceeded our expectations - this stay was lovely!"
