All the contact information was great (pictures made everything easy to understand). Of note, we had a minor crisis when an electrical issue locked us out of the unit. "Die Ausstattung ist minimalistisch: nur zwei Wassergläser, keine Tassen, keine Weingläser, kein Korkenzieher ... Lediglich ein Stuhl - einen zweiten, leicht beschädigten haben wir im Hof gefunden. TV-hat nicht funktioniert. Es fehlt eine Gebrauchsanweisung - z.B. für Zugang zum Wifi. Das einzige Fenster ist die Eingangstür zu einem engen, dunklen Hinterhof, in dem sich eine Rattenfalle befindet. Man kann nachts nicht lüften."

"Had everything you could ask for in a french kitchen which is what we were looking for (besides knives/bread knife but perhaps this is for safety reason?).
