"After a long week of travel throughout France, this was the perfect place to rest and rejuvenate. It’s in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes walk from a tram line and wonderful restaurants. While we weren’t able to enjoy the morning breakfast or meet the hosts/ staff, the rest of the amenities were great, especially the amazingly comfortable bed. "We had a wonderful stay! Delphine, the host was lovely, knowledgable and hospitable. The accommodations were nice, clean and relaxing.. surrounding by nature and vineyards. A perfect location for exploring St. Émilion and surrounding smaller villages. Five plus star!!! Would definitely come back for a stay and recommend to friends. "

"Considering it is a place out in the country, with no stores or cafes nearby. I believe there should be some coffee/tea and especially water in the rooms. It was a very warm few days (over 90 degrees F/30 degrees C) and there was no water provided, and there were no glasses in the bathroom. The internet does not work well and I had to teach an online class which could not happen. Do not expect to connect to the internet. "

"We liked that it was in city centre and close to transport. The room was spacious and facilities good. There was a shared lounge and kitchen area together with an outside court yard. The kitchen is well set up with everything needed. Pierre the owner is very obliging. Overall a pleasant place to rest your head. "

"The castle is in a beautiful spot. Close to the vineyards and Saint-Emilion. We were in France for 12 days and this was our favorite part. The Patio room is absolutely beautiful! "
