It’s a great property— very nice and spacious house with a large fenced-in yard in a great location —walking distance to a grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, butcher, pizzeria, and other city amenities, yet also close to pretty countryside for nice strolls. José and Claudette are the perfect hosts—warm and welcoming, kind and helpful, very knowledgeable about the city. "The property and grounds were beautiful So much space and amenities, lots of steps Up to the pool area, so not suitable for anyone with mobility problems, this is not Mentioned on vrbo, one ofour party had to be helped beccause nothing to steady her. Also the pool had a hester but it wasn't working and it was pretty cold in September, otherwise it was fabulous, but needs clarity on suitabilty for older people hold on to. had to be supported up the steps as there is no railing to"

"Deux jours bien occupés, avec cette maison bien située et confortable. Un séjour parfait avec 3 nuits seulement à 8 adultes. Pas de perte de temps avec les 3 salles d'eau et WC en bas et à l'étage. "Villa #9 was big enough for a family of 5 and 2 grandparents. The villa was spacious and modern. Although you are in amongst other villas, when you’re outside it is very private with views into the forest. The complex isn’t huge but a nice touch was the host being available on site in the spa reception any time. Jeanne was very friendly and helpful whenever we needed to ask a question. There is no signal in the area so the WIFI is definitely needed, it was fast enough to stream the likes of...

"We were blown away by Villa Maurine, it has everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. The house is very well equipped and so much thought has gone into how to set it up to maximise your enjoyment of the house, gardens and scenery. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"Nous étions 2 familles avec 3 enfants entre 7 et 9 ans et tout le monde a adoré la Villa : nous avons été très bien accueilli et avons pu profiter de tous les avantages de la maison. Le flipper, le baby-foot, la table de ping-pong, la piscine, la belle terrasse pour les repas, sans oublier le calme et l’ombre de la forêt adjacente (très appréciables par fortes chaleurs). Les chambres sont spacieuses et la maison très agréable / bien entretenue. On recommande ! :)"

"Grande maison isolée avec vue dégagée. Cuisine suréquipée. Salon et salle à manger avec télé. 3 chambres. 2 salles de bain avec douches. Extérieurs avec multiples tables, barbecue et plancha à gaz. Cordes sur Ciel à 10 min. Saint Antonin Nobleval, Puycelsi, Castelneau de Montmirail, etc à moins de 1/2 h. Et Propriétaire aux petits soins !"

"Quiet location with plenty of small medieval villages and towns to visit. Car is essential. House was tidy with fantastic self catering facilities. Beds were comfy and great having ensuite bedrooms but lots of cobwebs indoors on walls and dust was gathered in clumps on the floor indoors. American fridge/freezer was fantastic for cold water and ice cubes although filter needed replacing. Pool was perfect to cool off in and garden had a wonderful view and not overlooked at all. "This was a fantastic find, in a very quiet dwelling of villas in the the estates grounds The villa was extremely clean & had all the amenities to enjoy a great stay, all the staff were very friendly & made you feel welcome With restaurants & supermarkets on a 20minute drive away, also not getting the outstanding onsite spa, a must after a long drive or day out Would definitely recommend "

"Ce château, extrêmement agréable, est situé au cœur d’une région magnifique, à proximité des premiers commerces et pas trop loin de la ville. Le domaine est immense et bien pensé pour les enfants. On peut y venir à deux, voire trois familles, sans pour autant, se sentir en promiscuité. Merci encore pour cet accueil. À bientôt."

"Unfortunately, the villa we booked wasn’t as comfortable as we had hoped. The beds were not comfortable and the bath was tiny. The worst part of the experience was the property had no WiFi services throughout our stay, which made the stay massively inconvenient as communication with anybody was cumbersome. The property manager was difficult to get a hold of and wasn’t as helpful as we had hoped."

"We actually left because it was so awful. Fortunately the guy on reception was very understanding. It was totally unsuitable for anyone over 25 as it was so rowdy and the lodge was really bad. Sorry to say this but true."
