"Nobody there - place was deserted despite advising we would be arriving around 8pm having driven to Bordeaux from London. Nobody answered my calls - unbelievable. Stuck in the dark in the middle of nowhere. Hotels.com found us another room so we checked in after 10pm. Totally exhausted and frustrated.
