"It was good. We had no cooker nor oven for the first night. No oven for the whole time we were there. The agent was piping in without notice. Over all the land lord was polite. Villa had 3 bath/showers not 5 as advertised. The flat below is not a 2 bedroom it’s a one bed. Not enough cupboards in the property. Over all was nice 👌."

"We really loved our stay here. Firstly the host sent us all the information about the property, the area, activities and restaurants ahead of time which was so helpful. The check in and out was very easy and we always had good communication. The property is as described, and felt like a reach beach oasis, a very short walking distance to a beautiful popular swimming spot. "From the photographs we were expecting something a lot nicer...our greeting by the cleaner Monika and our conversation with the owner was most pleasant but sadly the property is in dire need of a facelift, it's barely furnished or equipped, the front gate was a nightmare to lock (entire gate is out of alignment), barbeque lid handle was broken, ditto hinge on one of the toilet seats..the restful sound of the cicadas was drowned out by the yelling of the neighbours and one had to drive...

"Great property, beautiful view, very friendly and helpful check in help. Had issue with A/C, fixed very quickly. This is not a criticism but a suggestion, paper towel in the kitchen, one extra roll of toilet paper, pool towels and maybe a couple of laundry pods would have been very helpful, especially when traveling from the USA."

"Beautiful little villa high up on the hills outside Grasse. We sat outside on the veranda every evening enjoying the view with our wine and appies after long days sight seeing. Even the friendly felines made us feel welcome. One note, we had a larger suv for 5 adults and the parking getting into the garage was a little tight."

"Ann Marie and Raoul were perfect hosts. We are 5 old guy's that were there to watch the rugby World cup qualifying rounds. The villa is clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a holiday. "This villa is perched high in the hills near a quaint medieval town. The views were spectacular, the home comfortable and spacious, and it was a quick walk to town (which had a number of wonderful restaurants, art galleries, and gelato venues.) The infinity pool was perfect to jump into after a day out site seeing in the French Riviera. Both our host and property manager made everything very easy for us. We had a wonderful family holiday. "We were a group of 10 adults and 1 child and this Villa had plenty of space for everyone. The facilities were excellent with a sunbed and seating around the tables for everyone. "Nice swimming pool and big clean room with big bathroom (we had a family studio). Staff very friendly and big underground car park available on site. The only thing is that given the location you need the car to go out for dining, shopping and to the beach, but this goes without saying if you look at where the hotel is located on the map."

"An excellent option for flying out early in the morning. About 5 min walk from the tram. About 20min walk to Terminal 2; yes, walking to the airport — give it a try! The only minor complaint is that the hotel entrance was a wee bit hard to find. Also recommend trying out Côte Sushi in the complex next door!"

Holiday Inn Nice-Port St Laurent, an IHG Hotel

Lovely hotel out of the city

"Hotel was clean, well appointed and the staff extremely friendly. Well located for our needs. This was our second stay in this hotel in a matter of months. The room on the second occasion looking a little more tired than the first time, however it appeared that work was being undertaken out of season in a number of rooms, so maybe the one we had this time was set for a revamp. Even in a slightly tired state, the room was clean, comfortable and everything we needed. Already planning on returning again"

"It was actually easy to locate. It is within Grand Arenas plaza. Walkable distance from the tram stop. A 5 minute tram ride from both airport terminals. Will stay at this location on another trip to Nice. Very conviniently located. I also like the kitchenette within the rooms. Very clean spaces, with all necessary amenities. Convenience stores, cafes and mini restaurants just walking distances within arenas plaza. "

convenient and friendly hotel

"I stayed at this hotel because it was convenient to take an early morning flight. There is a shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport every 30 minutes. It was conveniently moved to Terminal 2 of Nice Airport. Thank you to the hotel staff for your warm response when I checked out early. Nice remained warm in my heart thanks to you on my way out to catch a flight out of Nice."
