"Attention, les sanitaires sont à l'extérieur, à quelques mètres du chalet. Les douches sont payantes : 1 dollar pour 3 minutes. La propreté du chalet était bien, mais pas celle des sanitaires ! Nous avons tout de même passé un bon séjour en famille, avec des soirées autour du feu mémorables. En général, nous avons apprécié l'expérience de ces deux nuits au chalet. Nous en sommes repartis avec de bons souvenirs !"

"El Chalet está espectacular, con excelente ubicación. El paisaje es muy pintoresco porque todo estaba lleno de nieve hasta la carretera y eso lo hacía hermoso a 35 minutos de la ciudad de Quebec y a 20 minutos del parque Valcartier. Definitivamente espectacular."

"We are frequent VRBO customers. The location was perfect for our purpose, and the home was peaceful with lovely surroundings and large sun-filled rooms. However, it appears to be owned by a company, with no homey touches, and poor management practices. Upon our arrival, there were a couple of issues that needed addressing. "L'ensemble du site est intéressant. Le SPA ne fonctionnait pas du tout, on ne pouvait pas ajuster la température,personne ne l'a utilisée pendant notre séjour. La table de cuisine n'était pas adéquat pour un groupe d'adultes de 15. La batterie de cuisine insuffisante pour notre groupe."

"Bel endroit, nous avons été très bien. Il faisait un peu chaud dans les chambres, mais c'était quand même agréable. Je proposerais d'installer plus de crochets, ou un porte-manteau pour qu'on puisse accrocher nos effets personnels. De plus, les couteaux seraient à aiguiser, car ils ne coupaient pas très bien. Aussi, une planche à découper serait un atout majeur. Je propose également un bac de recyclage à l'intérieur. Et une autre idée serait d'installer des bacs "consginés québec", l'argent...

"We had a great time at your location, house is of good size, an older house but very well maintained and had all we needed in terms of kitchen appliances and equipment. We will most likely revisit you in the not so distant future. Than you."

"The space was great for our party of 11 - bigger then it looked on the photos. We really enjoyed the location and the common areas. Some complaints are that the pillows were awful - lumpy and uncomfortable.This house does NOT sleep 14 people. Our smallest person, a12 year old child, could not fit on the futon beds. And there was no extra bedding even if that had been possible. Other then that, it was well appointed, the bathrooms were great and the laundry area was good. We especially loved that...

"We stay in a few of the chalets in the same community, this one stands out as one of the best, kitchen is well stocked, location is very convenient, and the owner provided two child beds that’s foldable but comfortable. The gas fireplace produce very good heat, good for very cold weather in Quebec City during winter. Highly recommended! "

"We went to Quebec, Canada for their German Christmas Festival. The house is about 45 minutes away which isn’t bad at all. The house is very clean, the property manager was super attentive and friendly, and it was the perfect place to stay away from the city. We will stay here again. We highly recommend it. "
