"We have been coming every year to la Vendée to visit my family. We have stayed in numerous gites over the years. This is by far the best place! The owners are lovely, great communication and we all appreciated the biscuits on our arrival. The gite is very well equipped, everything you can think of is there and more. "Le gîte est une grande maison campagnarde au calme avec un très grand jardin. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à 2 familles (11 personnes) sans avoir l’impression d’être « les uns sur les autres », ce qui était précieux. Ce gîte de campagne a aussi les défauts de ses qualités (mobilier un peu ancien, débit de l’eau limité quand les 3 douches fonctionnent en même temps), mais il a un indéniable cachet que nous avons beaucoup apprécié."

"Bon rapport qualité/prix. Propriétaire agréable, cependant la propreté du logement n'était pas optimale et la piscine était vraiment froide alors que c'était la raison principale de notre réservation, mais nous nous y sommes baignés au début seulement et pour la suite nous sommes allés à la plage car l'océan nous semblait moins froid. Dommage. Sinon on a bien profité du court de tennis en famille, et l'environnement est très calme. "

"There were 12 of us in total for our stay, adults and young children. Emeline managed to find 3 cots, highchairs/booster seats and baby baths for us which really helped with our young children. We had a lovely time at the house Frederick and Emeline were very friendly and helpful, they live on site but they are not intrusive.
