"Takes some knowledge about getting around in old French towns with their little streets which are not well signed and in the case of Le Puy have a lot of hills to maneuver. So there was a learning curve the 1st couple days. And parking is a challenge. But, in the end the challenges are well worth working through. The apartment is very nice, clean, feels fairly new. The bed is comfortable (and that is coming from my wife who is tough to please)."

"The apartment is great for one person or two who are not too tall (the loft has a low ceiling). It’s quite nicely appointed and bright, with French doors opening onto a Juliet balcony and letting in light and fresh air. Situated just across the street from the entries the medieval city, you can walk to everything from the apartment. A great place to stay while exploring Le Puy en Velay."

"Nous avons choisi cette maison typique de la région pour passer un séjour au calme et proche de la nature. Nous aimons laisser la voiture et visiter la région à vélo. C'est ce que nous avons pu faire, les sites à visiter sont nombreux, Le Puy en Velay, Chaise Dieu, le musée de l'école Le Monastier sur Gazeille... et aussi de nombreux châteaux, une région riche d'histoire.
