Quick, cheap and friendly hotel
Quick, cheap and simple hotel with free on-site parking. Easy 20 minute walk into Puy-en-Velay. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Only minor issue was the lack of air conditioning but the hotel were aware of this and looking to add it in the future.

Reception staff were excellent, the room was a little "tired" but it is a budget hotel. The attached pizza restaurant was also very good value especially as we did not fancy a long walk into town. The breakfast was very good values for money at 7.5€ with small cooked offered too. Would return.

Pas de prise en compte du bien être du client : arrivée à pieds de la gare après plus de 5h de train, pour 4 nuits, mais il faut régler de suite la chambre avant d'y accéder..... La chambre est propre mais la salle de bain montre des traces de moisissures sur le pourtour de la baignoire.....une cabine de douche serait plus pratique. Et pas de bouilloire à disposition. Plus une majoration substantielle du prix de la nuit pour la période des festivités du Roi de l'oiseau, guère justifiée.
