"A relatively new and immaculately clean hotel right next to the train station. Rooms are large and spacious. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Very convenient spot to catch major sights and to do some shopping at the Amu Plaza nearby. Note that there is no public bath or onsen, but that’s not why you would want to stay here. Overall a wonderful stay. "

"Very new hotel. Lovely staff. Rooms are the best part although I wish the bed had room on both sides to get out (large room with sitting area and fridge!). Breakfast wasn’t very exciting but typical of Japan hotel to try to do everything not so well. But lovely staff and very clean and organized. Spa on top floor was lovely. I looked in but didn’t use it. Very convenient to buses and trams and at the doorstep of China town which is like literally one block. Overall it was nice property and worth staying away from the main train station. Nagasaki wasn’t my favorite city to visit but interesting for sure. Cold weather in January didn’t help of course. "
