Parking is available onsite and has other parking locations close by if the onsite is full. Staff is really friendly and actually helped me with my car rental car issues. The manager Kobayashi san went above and beyond by acting as a liaison, translating my car issues, with the car rental company to resolve the problem. "

The staff was very welcoming and there was one person that spoke good English to help with questions. The room was a little small, but very clean and comfortable. Hotel is located right in the center of the downtown area and a very short walk from the okaido shopping area. Easy access to lots of different food and shops."

Staff at the frint desk helped us with ordering taxi when it was raining. Brillisnt hotel, great staff and woukd stay ahain."
