"Lovely clean property in good location. Our teenagers however were forced to share a room as the owner had blocked off the upper floor. Prior to staying I declined the cleaning package in writing, however the owner tried to add it to the bill when we were leaving."

"House not very welcoming with chairs on table like a closed cafe. Also, bowls and cups had chips and cracks in them and a few not cleaned well. Saying that, host was very responsive and helpful and answered all our questions. Location was great and house was comfortable. You have to pay for parking on all roads but spaces right outside. Lovely area for cycling"

"It was very spacious, but the whole apartment smelled as if there had been a leakage. The goose pond looked drab and the geese made alot of noise. The chairs at the pool were all broken, thee tennis court was expensive and so were the bicycles. On top of it, we had an accident with the blankets. We had taken the package including sheets etc. We asked for them to be cleaned. We had to pay € 24!"

"Das Haus war sehr geräumig und für unsere Familie wie gemacht. Die Realität entsprach allen Fotos und der Vermieterkontakt verlief sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und zu meiner Erleichterung auch in Englisch. Das Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig gelegen: 5 Minuten Gehweg bis zu einem kleinen Lebensmittelgeschäft, 5 Minuten Gehweg bis zum Aussichtspunkt der Steilklippen und unter Nutzung der Fahrstuhl-Seilbahn binnen 15 Minuten am sauberen Strand, der allerdings sehr steinig (große runde Kiesel) ist....

The swimming pool complex is under construction which we were aware of before we booked, however the restaurants have limited service We went to buy a take out pizza at 7:15 and was told there wasn’t a pizza chef working that day. "This is a very well appointed appartment with a great view and location. Bright, modern and well-equipped it met the needs of three friends of a certain age perfectly. In better weather we would have sat more on the balcony which is a real feature of the appartment. Add a warm welcome by the owner and the charm of Le Crotoy, and we had an excellent stay."
