"First impressions of the hotel was really good. Checkin was great. Welcomed straightaway from the front desk staff with a smile and a cold drink. Staff were absolutely brilliant here. The land of the smiles it was in this hotel. Room Room was very nice indeed. Modern in design with a large comfy bed. We had pool view. It was at the very end of the building overlooking the baby pool. Suppose it's still considered a pool view. Free drinking water is allocated every day. Great to have this available in this hot climate without having to visit the shops first. Pool The pool is very nice. A little cold for my liking but ok after a little while. Swim up bar. Loungers sit in the water. Other sun loungers are curved ones with no adjustments. I wasn't keen on these as you're slouched down very low. Can't adjust them to sit up a bit to read etc. Location We found the location to be great. Turn right at the main road after exiting the main hotel grounds. Walk up the slight hill and your on one of AO Nangs main strips. Lots of bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Or turn left after you come out the hotel and walk 5 mins down the road and there is an open air market on the right side of the road. You can often hear a band playing there. Lots of food stalls to grab a bite and listen to the music. Food/Drink We only ate breakfast at the hotel which was included in our room rate. I really enjoyed the varied selection that was on offer here. Wondering stay! "

We love this hotel, every about it, the staff always happy and welcoming, from the welcome meeting ( special mention to Kate) to the breakfast staff, mention for Hah and to all the pool bar staff who were lovely and the room attendant who kept our room clean and tidy. Brilliant, will be returning next year! "

". The only downside is getting here because he can only get here by boat and it’s a really long time. Also, if you come in at low tide, it’s a hell of a long walk down the pier and there’s nobody waiting for you so you have to bring your own bags for about a quarter of a mile. The staff was amazing. "Incredible stay at this beautiful, quiet eco resort. The customer service was outstanding from everyone but in particular Slind, who hosts the evening dinner at the hotel restaurant and the lunch service at the near by Na Mi Chay Cafe. Nothing was too much to ask from Slind and he was always one step ahead in addressing needs and wants from customers. All of this with a big smile and positive attitude. He was lovely to speak to and makes a huge difference to the experience of staying at Venice Krabi. "
