"This was my 2nd stay at Prima Life & the high standard has been maintained. Ahmed kept my room very clean & i found him very helpful. Kamul's omelette tossing skills are 2nd to none & he always had a cheery smile no matter the hour. Mohammed on the dining room drinks was again always hpful & always cheerful. All the staff work hard to keep the whole resort clean even to collecting each morning any detritus that the guests have dropped in the sand like cigarette butts."

"I had an absolutely amazing stay at Bel Air Azur in Hurghada! The hotel’s location is fantastic, making it easy to explore and enjoy the surrounding area. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable – they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always accommodating. Egyptian hospitality at its finest! The hotel is also connected to a beautiful beach, complete with hammocks and comfortable beds, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the serene atmosphere. I ended up adding a couple more days to my stay as it was truly relaxing. The security team made us feel extremely safe and were so protective of us as girls traveling. Their presence was reassuring and added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. A huge thank you to all the staff for their warm service. I’m already looking forward to returning soon. "I was truly impressed with Arabella Azur. The architecture is in the traditional Coptic style, with domed ceilings above beds naturally making bedrooms cooler. The layout of the resort has a series of passageways that can be a little confusing at first, but mean you can stay out of the glaring sun when you choose and makes it not seem like a large scale resort. Their dive centre is excellent as is their hotel reef, with snorkelling just off the beach ideal. The food is dynamic and there are enough restaurants to choose from, so you don't get bored. Though as always, with All Inclusive, if you stick to one menu theme for each meal, rather than a bit of everything, every time, it will continue to surprise and delight. Above all, the staff are kind and friendly. The security at the main street front gate seems excessive, but offers you peace of mind. It's located within easy reach of the airport and the town, and there's a parade of shops inside the compound as well as another just outside the gates, so even if you like to stay put on a resort, you're covered. I like to give a balanced review, but to be honest, I really enjoyed my stay and can't think of anything that was bad. I hope you enjoy your stay too!"
