"Our staying in this hotel was truly amazing. Staff was very nice, everything was clean and they were cleaning all the time. Everything was set when we arrived, guy from reception drove us to the room at a small hotel what was very helpful since we came around 4am and resort is very big. Room was clean and spacious, same with bathroom. They were cleaning the room everyday and our room was clean and smells amazing after we came back from pools or beach. There was a lady asking guests about quality etc every day, she was also very nice. Food was great too, dont worry to make reservations to other restaurants in resort its free of charge. They charge only for lobster menu 25$(we tried and it was amazing) and same at the beach restaurant. We couldn’t believe there was so many people in the resort and maybe 10 in this restaurants. We tried spa as well and it’s totally worth the money. We definitely came back. Thanks for beautiful staying"

"Ali our facility manager was so kind and polite. The cleanliness in our room was quite awesome and he made us everyday another surprise with the magic towels. Also the rest staff was so friendly and helpful in every situation. Special thank you to the shop owner at the beach, who sell selfmade bracelets and magic sand pictures for the inviting egypt tea and enjoyable talk with you. "

"My partner and me had a fantastic holiday at the Steigenberger. We were amazed by how well the property is maintained. We enjoyed daily strolls through the resort, enjoying the gardens, the green surroundings and the peaceful atmosphere. Eventhough the hotel is close to the airport, you will not notice that during your stay. We heard no noice from planes at all. Once we arrived at the property we were amazed by the impressive design and the welcoming atmosphere. The reception welcomed us and have been super friendly and helpful. We were accompanied to our suite - which was our first (and only) disappointment. We booked a superior suite with sea view. However, the suite we were brought to was on the side of the property on the 2nd floor (in Germany we would call it the 1st floor). We couldn't actually see the sea. The bigger problem was the next door construction works that happened day and night. We've spoken to reception and thankfully were moved the next day. A beautiful suite on the 5th floor in the center of the property. Absolutely stunning views. Suite is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The food of the buffet restaurant is well above average and we loved eating there. The speciality restaurants had great food, great service and a great atmosphere. We noticed that the alcoholic beverages included are not that great - are they watered down? Overall we had an absolute amazing time! All employees did an outstanding job and we appreciate all their dedication!"

"Lovely hotel with great staff service. Lovely food for breakfast and in the Italian restaurant. Staff were exceptionally helpful Only downside was pool undergoing renovations so closed but I suppose this is a big positive for the future "
