"We had great time Gherardo’s place in Sacrofano, a lovely medieval town. A short drive to the train station then a short train journey into Rome for a bit of tourism. A lovely pool and a great view. Gherardo was great with any info we ask him for. 10/10"

"The property is stunning but Is not completely finished. The host was very nice and responsive. The place was very clean. The showers are extremely small and the basement has issues with dampness. A dehumidifier would help immensely. Otherwise we had a fantastic stay."

"This is a unique property with so much charm and character. Each room had separate bathrooms and the extra like pool table, outdoor rooftop dining and courtyard made our stay so comfortable. The location in Travestere was so cool and convenient to restaurants, clubs and short walk or car/taxi to all the Roman sites. "Our family visited beautiful Rome for our wedding in June 2024 and our stay at Villa Anton Silj was a major disappointment. Upon arrival, we found two out of three air conditioners broken with temperatures reaching 38°C. Three of the 20 beds were just living room sofas in a room without curtains. The houses and kitchenware were dirty, and we had to gather utilities from all three kitchens to cook a meal. We asked for breakfast at 20 euros per person, a total of 400 euros per breakfast for 20...

"This place is super clean in lovely area, they left a little snak's box and drinks as well as fruits to welcome us! Property owner was very nice and helpful we had a car breakdown he called road side assistant he stayed with us until it got resolved as the customer service couldn't speak English!"

"We had a party of 10, aged from 27 to 88. The setting was just perfect. The amenities are good, the villa I would decribe as rustic. For us the pool area was perfect. We took some Bluetooth speakers for some music. The Belvedere Restaraunt is 500 metres away and also has a great outlook and good food as reasonable prices. A car is essential, we only had one, which was enough for us. We all loved it, without exception."

"Kitchen has everything you would need if you like to cook...and we do! House is spacious-House is secure with fence -gate-lights and fence and hill surrounding it. There are huge metal shutters on each door and window that must be locked and shut whenever u depart. Takes some getting used to. The house has marble floor throughout. First, there should be clearer definition of the situation regarding air conditioning and fans. It was not what we expected and did present some challenges given the temperatures we experienced.
