Great communication from the hotel staff via email (before check in), any other communication via sms. "Smelled so bad when we first came in. To say it with very few words, it was the worst experience ever. Definitely not clean, there were stains on the pillows and duvets, and the place did not look like it had been cleaned. The price for the stay was at the lower end - but definitely NOT worth it."

"This is a really nice place to stay in the area. The restaurant is VERY GOOD. It is a bit noisy ...I was there in the summer and needed the terrace dor open for fresh air. I think with doors closed its not so bad. The staff is very nice. My only complaint would be that rooms although very clean upon arrival... Mine was not well cleaned during my stay. I got fresh towels but bed was not made well and the room was not properly cleaned. Other than this, it was a lovely stay. "
