"The villa is situated high above Terracina with amazing views of the bays. The property and pool were fantastic and met all our expectations - clean, well serviced with everything needed for a short stay. Table football and table tennis made great evening entertainment following a bbq. The host (Andrea) was very helpful with the booking and during the stay 5*. Only thing you need to have is a car, as the beach, shops and old town Terracina are just too far to walk to in mid summer. "

"I don’t even know where to start. What an exquisite property ! Sermoneta is truly divine. This property is absolute perfection. Owner is amazing. Regrettably, we couldn’t stay forever. But if I could, I would ! The perfect location, locals are amazing and the house is ridiculously perfect. We were fortunate enough to stay when the Jasmine was in full bloom. OMG ! The air was drenched in its aroma. Intoxicating! The house was amazing beyond description. Highly recommend !!!"

"Marisoul is a lovely villa away from the crowds and a short bike ride or ride to the beautiful beaches. It’s a quiet and private location There were 11 of us and Marisoul provided more than adequate space for all of us. Edoardo was a fantastic host and helped two of our guest plan a small, private wedding at the villa. He was always available to answer any questions or help us with making plans for trips. "We had a group of 11 stay at Villa Mariani. The host Kim was fantastic as was Sylvia and the whole crew. The place is a fantastic sitting up in the hills overlooking the town of San Felice Circeo. The driveway getting up to the place gave us a little pause but once you are up there it’s unreal. I’d definitely get a car and Kim and team were great and had one delivered to us. "Great find for a 2 night stay off the beaten path for 4 adults and 5 children ranging from ages 3-12. Clean property. Easy check in/out. Owner/property manager was friendly and welcoming. Reminded us of a rustic villa you might find in Hawaii or parts of Southern California. All the rooms except 1 had AC, which was great. The best part, however, was the proximity to a 6KM beach only 5 minutes away. Cheap public parking (1 Euro per hour) and soft sandy beach with large sections of free access....
