"I arrived at the security gate to check-in to my dismay they had no record of my arrival and after much time was told the apartment was already rented!!!! "If you need to stay in the San Jose area, this is a wonderful place. It is on the 11th floor and the views were spectacular. We were there in January. It was windy but we were told it calms down by February. It didn't stop our enjoyment! Though there was a portable a/c unit, we certainly didn't need it. The ceiling fans were adequate. Nice decorative touches inside for a cozy experience. Location is lovely but is quite remote, at the top of a hill in the mountains. Was able to find on Google Maps. Be mindful of driving the roads to Villzaul- single winding road must be shared by incoming and outgoing traffic."
