The room itself did not have hot water, showers are solar heated, i.e. lukewarm at best. "The room was very clean and the bedding was very comfortable. The stairs leading to our room were very steep. Our room was situated separate from the other rooms. "Fantastic studio apartment! Pool is very nice and with the courtyard, you meet tons of guests. Amir is a fabulous host who quickly responded to our questions. Ling and Sons grocery is only a couple blocks away. You will want to either rent a car or use taxis to go around the island. Location is really nice and a number of restaurants are within walking distance. You are right off the beach so you save $$ but have easy access with only a 15-20 minute walk. Room was clean and newly remodeled. "
