"Couldn’t get into one of the rooms shown but I think the door was swollen, decent sized place right off of downtown, easy parking and access. Will be staying again come spring. Only real issue was I couldn’t get the thermostat to work, it only went to AC not heat (I don’t believe there was AC in the home? I didn’t see a condenser outside) but there was electric heat in every room so we used that during our stay since it was only 2 nights. My son loved the bunk beds and we were able to squeeze...

"Good open space with fun amenities. Laundry facilities included but located in bedroom. An oven and toaster were listed as amenities, but was actually a toaster/oven."

"Coffee pot was not cleaned, 2 nd floor full bed has an old mattress and they said that they rolled into the middle. It’s an overall nice woodsy cabin. We would stay there again knowing what we’re in store for. A very fair price, with an excellent location to lake George and Gore mountain. Dogs welcome is a plus also "

"This was our second time staying at the Lahinch lodge. It is such an amazing home and location. The small beach is perfect for cooling off and the kids had a blast paddling around. The island makes a perfect boundary for the kids to explore the water without the worry of them going out too far or fast boats coming too close. The pool table and ping pong in the basement are always a hit with kids and adults. We hope to stay here again in the future!"

Only suggestion I would make and it is just based on a personal preference, would be to have a queen bed in the master or one other room. "My husband and I met our adult children and their partners for a lovely weekend in the Adirondacks for a wedding at Oak Mountain. The wedding took up much of the weekend, but we enjoyed all our time at White Pines. It was closely located to Oak Mountain and the brewery where people gathered the night before to visit.
