"We had traveled to Victoria for a medical appointment and to celebrate my wife's 80th birthday. We stayed overnight so that we could go out to dinner and relax. We had dinner at the attached "Jade Garden". The highlight of the dinner was when the cute serving robot came over to our table, played "Happy Birthday" and sang to my wife. The meal was first class. "This hotel was very unique and offered a charming atmosphere! Staff were super kind and accommodating, including leaving us a little treat in our room to celebrate our honeymoon and allowing us to stay in our room a little past check out time as our transportation was delayed! We stayed in the harbour view studio loft and it was beautiful :) 10/10. Breakfast was also great - lots of options and fresh fruit. Also a very walkable location! "

"We are a retired couple who enjoyed a wonderful 4 night stay at the James Bay Inn Hotel and Suites. Our stay was at the end of January into February. We had a corner room with lots of big windows on the third floor with a comfy king bed. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. An Excellent Experience

"We had traveled to Victoria for a medical appointment and to celebrate my wife's 80th birthday. We stayed overnight so that we could go out to dinner and relax. We had dinner at the attached "Jade Garden". The highlight of the dinner was when the cute serving robot came over to our table, played "Happy Birthday" and sang to my wife. The meal was first class. I have had Chinese food all over the world including trips to Hong Kong and China. Our meal compared favorably to the best I have experienced. Our room was small, but clean and comfortable. It featured a kitchenette complete with a frig, stove-top, coffeemaker, sink, and microwave. We were given a ground-level room close to the reception area which was convenient because we both have mobility issues. Parking was free and close too the entrance. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. All and all we had an enjoyable stay. "
