"Good communication Only 20 minutes from the airport. Easy to find. Can walk to Shiva beats and a small supermarket. Car is necessary. And enjoyed a beautiful sunset every evening. "

"We had a lovely time at this villa, very clean and modern property with beautiful outside space. Faultless experience! Only thing to mention is that Cala Pi itself seems to be struggling this year with many bars and restaurants closed in peak August summer holiday season . Obviously this is no fault of the owners and the one restaurant open was very good (Sa Terrassa) but it was a shame there weren’t more options available in walking distance. Thanks for a great holiday! "

"Very well equipped place to stay. Lots of kitchen utensils and had a homely feel. Lovely clean pool and jacuzzi. Very nice garden. Private parking behind secure gate. 1 or 2 cafes and food stores in local town, in walking distance. beautiful scenery. 30 ish minutes from airport. Cot was ready and waiting for us on arrival (and highchair). Would highly recommend."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Villa, and will 100% book again. The location, with a car, is utterly fantastic. The swimming pool was the perfect temperature. Our only small concerns, the kitchen appliances are a little dated in parts, no air-con, and fixtures are worn in places. But overall we loved it. A perfect getaway for us."

Het appartement was wel vrij gehorig, de mensen in het appartement onder ons konden ons blijkbaar horen lopen en praten. Omgekeerd hadden wij hier geen last van. Verder was alles prima in orde. "

"We had a wonderful stay in this villa. There were 6 adults (3 couples) and it was the perfect size. The villa was clean and very cool with aircon units in each bedroom and the living room. The outside space was truly lovely. The pool was immaculate and a great size. We felt like we were on a cruise ship, as we could see the spectacular view of the sea while in the pool. The hosts we very lovely and extremely accommodating. We would not hesitate to go back to this fantastic villa."

"A great place if you want to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A wonderful, quiet place with charming views, a perfect location for nearby hiking trips, after which you can cool off in the swimming pool. Excellent contact with the owner. We had a great time. Die Einrichtung ist grosszügig - es ist reichlich Platz und die Einrichtung ist komplett. Wir hatten also einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Strände im Westen waren mit Seegras voll, im Osten die Buchten sehr schön .. bis der grosse Regen die meisten Buchten gebräunt und verwüstet hat. hat. Modrago war aber immer noch gut. "Front of cooker needed a good clean didn't look as though it had been wiped down properly. Issue with water supply to property for 2 days which was not ideal having young children and an elderly relative"

"A perfect place for a quiet relaxing break with family or friends. Well equipped for staying in or easy access to the coast for going out. Well looked after by the host Joan ."

"The villa was well equipped and furnished in a very quiet part of town. Plenty of outside space which was vey safe even for an under-2. The second bathroom is accessed through the kitchen and the rear yard which isn’t ideal. It’s a 10-minute walk to the sea up and down some sloping streets."

"Nice large apartments with cooking facilities, but I hugely recommended buying half board as the food is delicious and holidays are for relaxing. We had sea view, under a minute from the beach."

"Hotel in a good walking distance feom everything. 10 mins to beach, 2 mins to all restaurants. Rooms although dated are comfortable and offer everything you need. Pools indoor and outdoors good. Though outdoor pool not heated and quite cold. Area around pool very nice with movie screen and plenty of seating. No inflatables allowed in pool despite no sign advising. So we wasted 30 euros on kids toys and was told off by lifeguard. Apparently spanish law. Good services from front reception. Key is...
