"Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und in den Fotos einsichtig sehr schön, sauber und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Wenn man im Winter verreist, sollte man Feuer im Ofen machen können und muss man vermutlich auch, da es gerade nachts recht kühl wird.Mit dem Auto ist es sehr gut zu erreichen. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Lage, 5min von Arta entfernt vollkommen in der Natur und ungestört."

"Wir durften fast 6 Wochen in Frau Ridkys wundervoller Finca Son Fanc verbringen. Gemeinsam mit unserem 1 jährigen Sohn hatten wir eine tolle Familienzeit. Die Finca liegt bei Son Carrió und damit nur ca. 10 Autominuten von Cala Millor entfernt. Zum Spazieren gehen ist die Lage nicht ideal, da die Straße recht viel befahren wird. "The location of just outside Sant Joan offered a peaceful and convenient location to explore the island. The finca has a nice Master, a comfy living room, a nice kitchen with adequate equipment and a great covered outdoor patio. With a dining table and a comfy couch to stretch out on. "The property located in a beautiful spot with a lovely view. You can hear the sea waves. Very calming! Very good restaurants are nearby.No need to drive. The air con is helpful. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. However, the equipment is very very old. The washing machine is rusty. The bedding and towels have seen better days. There is a dreadful smell from in the en suite bathroom. There is strange a brown smear in the utility room. We did not find wine glasses or an ironing...

"The villa was absolutely perfect for our group of 12. There was plenty of space for everyone and the bedrooms and bathrooms were enormous. Due to the amazing weather, we spent the whole time outside around the beautiful pool and eating outside in the outdoor kitchen, which was perfect for socialising and celebrating. Paul was a great host and really help before and during our stay. We’ll definitely be back."

"We just visited for 4 nights. It’s a 40 min drive from the airport in a quaint old town. The house is much bigger than we thought. There are 3 bedrooms. Was spotless. Only 1 bathroom. Has 2 outdoor spaces and a utility room to wash and hang laundry. A/Cs worked great. The house is 100 years old. Ample street parking in front. A grocery store is 5in walk away The town was very quiet but 30-40 mins to any place you want to drive to. Has a few restaurants and we tried 2 of them. We did drive 2/3 of...

"Lovely apartment in quiet residential area. Amazing views and fantastic sun terrace. Maria (owner) is lovely and responded to our request for another umbrella base the same day. We had a very relaxing holiday here and, although we do not normally return to the same place (we like to try different resorts), we will definitely be back to this apartment. When we arrived we realised we had stayed here before many years ago. After our first stay we wanted to stay again but I couldn’t find it online...
