"Everything was really lovely. Staff were very helpful when asked about directions. The room was clean and and the water temperature and pressure in the shower was amazing. We used the Wellness center and had a great time in the jacuzzi and pool when the weather was not great for the beach. The only downside is they didn’t have basic amenities like toothbrush and you had to pay 10€ deposit for extra towel. "

"We had a fantastic stay , we stayed in the delux room . Hotel staff were friendly and made sure our every need was seen to! The hotel and general toilets were always cleaned Food was excellent with different themed foods every night! Our only ‘complaint’ would be that the rooms are soundproof and you could hear people talking or coming in at different times of the day/night "

"We booked throug Expedia. Staff were attentive. Room was clean but we had some problems with the lighting. We brought to the staff attention and they fixed it. Walls are very thin and lots of street noise after 11pm. Hotel is close to Old town and great restaurants. Very walkable location. "

"Loved the hotel and where it’s situated. The views from our hotel room on the 9th floor was amazing. The food and drinks were delicious. I would definitely recommend all inclusive when booking the hotel. Supermarket on the lower ground floor has everything you need. The amenities and customer services are 👌 10/10. The staff are always friendly and helpful and can accommodate requests. You can also walk to the beach from the hotel. Overall a lovely experience and would definitely come back. "

"Staff were beyond amazing better than 5 star hotels. Elsa helped us alot. At evening check-in time the lady at reception was incredibly helpful. The cleaners were also wonderful and greeted us every morning with such joy. Will definitely return to this hotel."
