"Great location to stay. Phillip greeted us upon arrival, very nice and friendly guy. We enjoyed our stay at their location. One thing we were very displeased with was the uncleanliness in the house. Dog hair all over the place, on the carpets, the beds, on the countertops & table. Pet friendly places must be cleaned much better at all times."

"We just got home from a great weekend stay here in Colorado City. We rented for a weekend wedding at Brush Canon Ranch. The distance to the wedding venue was perfect, about 20 minutes. Check in and check out were easy and smooth. There are two bedrooms downstairs with very comfortable beds and one shared bathroom, then a loft with a single bed, queen bed and couch (all of which are very comfortable) and another shared bathroom up there. "They’ve taken an older place and made it really nice. The location isn’t scenic … it sits along the street in town. However, it does have a great fenced courtyard that is really enjoyable. Everything else about the place was significantly better than the average VRBO, particularly those in less touristy areas. We enjoyed our time. It was particularly clean for the “dusty” west. Keep that up … it’s a difference maker. "

Great place to stay

"My husband and I loved staying at the house. It was beautiful. It wasn’t too big for us with three bedrooms three bathrooms and three living rooms two decks and horses right outside over the fence on Saturday. It was beautiful. It was very Colorado very beautiful house. I enjoyed it immensely we will be back Tony and Judy. "
