Perfect for our stay!
What a perfect little place! All the amenities you need. Very clean and nicely decorated. The large yard was perfect for our dog to run around. We would highly recommend it!

Perfect Little Place
My teenage daughter and I stopped over for a night on our way through the area and this was a perfect place for us to spend a quiet, peaceful and comfortable night. What a beautiful setting!

Nice Stay
The MIL was perfect for my husband and I and our dog. Clean and comfortable. Quick walk into town or around the reservoir and easy day trips for hiking and exploring the area. We would stay here again!

Ideal for short getaway
The location and size of the MIL were perfect for our short mountain getaway. Close to town and outdoor recreation while providing quiet, clean accommodations. Access to the grill was icing on the cake. This was second stay for husband, and first for me and our terrier, but I envision more stays in our future!

This rental suited our needs perfectly. A well kept, comfortable MIL suite complete with coffee and a muffin for the next morning. We enjoyed the walk to town and back and the Celtic festival. We will be back!

Cozy stay
LaVeta is a hidden gem in the Spanish Peak area and the MIL suite is perfect for 2 guests for a few nights. The views from the unit are beautiful. The host, who lives on site, is very responsive. Good hiking close to the unit. Would stay here again if we are in the area.

This was our second time staying here. It’s perfect for a couple on a get away. Super close to town. It’s really comfy and stocked with everything you would need for your stay. Owners are awesome and communication is great!

The La Veta Gem
We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit was quiet and comfortable with plenty of offstreet parking. The unit had all of the amenities that you need including a keurig. I will definitely rent this place again!
