"This little house is comfortable and out in the country so it’s very quiet. It’s about 6 miles south to the Virginia Capital Trail where we rode our bikes. We found the property matched the description on VRBO. There could be a few more kitchen basics included. There was coffee and that’s about all. We did advise James there was a lack of salt and pepper ( a very basic kitchen need for breakfast) and that he corrected that issue the next day. Kitchen pots and pans need to be retired and...

"Perfectly clean and comfortable but no privacy. Pet friendly but neighbor allowed their dog to come to fenced yard at all hours which made my 1 dog bark. Not sure if neighbor was owner. Great fenced yard but as I stated, no privacy. Homes close by even in backyard. Fine for families who want to visit from out of town visiting Busch Gardens/Water Country and CW as backyard is entertaining and home is affordable. Just not what we were looking for. "I feel we greatly understand utilized this property because we were here for a soccer tournament. The place has a beautiful view. Dock access is nice. Not an issue for us, but good to note the house the owner lives in is closer than I expected and between the VRBO and river so you have to walk through the backyard to get to the dock.
