The compromise for those views was the steep driveway but we just took the car down the street and parked up when we went out. Everywhere in Russell is easy walking distance from the property including the ferry, and a number of excellent eateries. Would definitely consider stayin again should we return to Russell. "

"Uniqueness starts with being able to see Kiwi in their natural habitat! Each night they come out as well as an abundance of bird life, 55 types! Cabins have nice privacy and balconies. Big fridge in our 2 bedroom cabin, plenty of space and a comfy couch too! Pool has been just upgraded so brand new! Toy outdoor corner that kids loved! As it’s not the top ten holiday park type, it’s the quiet, nature and wildlife, beautiful mangrove and bush trails all walking distance! Main reception sell torches so you can watch kiwi come out and give good advice if you need help! Bring your badminton set, bring a ball, bring a bike or hover board and race around the big ground space!"
