- No climbing, jumping or playing on retaining walls or deck rails
- Do not leave sliding doors or windows open when HVAC is on. It may cause the unit to freeze up, leaving guest without a/c, and with a repair bill
- The elevator is for handicapped use only. Access is arranged through the owner prior to the stay. Children are not to operate it at any time
- Properties across the street are privately owned. Please do not trespass, there is no direct lake access with this property
-This is a quiet residential area. Please respect our neighbors at all times
