"23A High Street is a timber framed mid terrace cottage with ancient beams exposed inside. It is highly decorated with knickknacks with a hare theme.Knighton is a small very hilly quiet town. I had no difficulty finding free street parking, but spaces are limited. Tom loves to meet new guests, and he allows them free use of his well equipped kitchen. I will go again if there is another log show at Builth Wells (40 minutes drive) "

"I arrived to a warm and enthusiastic welcome from the wonderful husband and wife hosts, who by their own admission are classic car ‘petrol heads’ (kit-cars a speciality). This traditional B and B has all the expected comforts and a breakfast menu ‘not to miss’ incorporating many home made options. A truly delightful stay; and I will definitely return."

"Lovely location. Good parking for car. Big house near farms. Host welcoming. The breakfast was good and room very comfortable. The only downside was the smell of damp dog that permeated throughout the house. We kept the bedroom windows opened all the time. "

Comfortable and warm beds in a beautiful place (we stayed in the stable cottage) with everything thought of - we had tea and home made flapjack waiting for us in the room and more breakfast than we really needed but it was so delicious! "Lovely farmhouse. Although described as standard double, the room was larger than expected as was the bathroom which boasted separate shower and bath. The whole suite was immaculately clean and extras such as biscuits and fruit and ‘proper’ milk in a mini fridge were provided. A choice of light or full English breakfast was included and was well presented. There was also fruit, cereal, yogurt and more on offer. The hosts were very accommodating and made us feel very welcome in their home. Would...
