By the time I had completed the check in process, Gary the concierge had already taken our bags to our room. The room was spacious and modern. The mattress and pillows were super comfy. There was a good selection of food at breakfast. We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future. The staff are a credit to the hotel."

Always clean, Always friendly staff, central to everything, right next to Lime St Station, Car park next to it (first come first served), but we've never missed out. Food great and great choice in the restaurant. On site bar, good choice, good prices. 5*."

"The staff were really kind and helpful, and the room was very comfortable and plenty of space. Our second night, not such a good room, but it was free on the airline due to 24 hour delay, so can’t really expect as nice a room as one we have paid for. We would definitely use this hotel again when flying from Manchester airport. Shuttle drivers were pleasant and helpful too."

"The signage within the airport is not good and finding our way to the Tribe was hard, but it’s worth the effort. New and stylish in an efficient way. We had better Italian food there than we got later in Venice. Highly recommended. "
