"Large living spaces in this house, made getting ready for the wedding, easier for our bride & her 5-bridesmaids. Our driving distance to the wedding venue (KauriBay Boomrock Clevedon) was free of motorway traffic-troubles. Hotwater had to be turned on at external water tank. No shoes allowed to be worn inside helps keeps flooring cleaner. Floor tiles highly polished. One issue was, the property appeared to Not have been recently vacuumed (dead flies around). "Gorgeous spot out in the beach area of town , mostly clean outside of where the cleaners can’t reach. As per other reviews on this spot the check in information wasn’t sent until I asked for it. But when asked was provided and was very clear . On book a Bach it has listed that each room has two queen beds to find out it was only one, so naturally we had an extra person come that had to take the couch. And for it to say a family villa , but really be 1/3 of a villa with attached neighbours...

"Host was absolutely amazing, communication was clear, very accommodating couldn't ask for any better. Accommodation was fantastic, house was perfect.
