"Wonderful quiet place, just outside of Amsterdam (20min. drive to downtown). Surounded by boats and other houseboats. Very clean and cozy. Equipped with everything we needed. Instructions where easy to follow and communicate with Anne quick and very friendly. Airplanes is really the only thing you can hear every once in a while, due to the proximity to the airport. It was perfect for us, since we headed out the next day. Took us 10 min. to the airport. We enjoyed our quick stay very much."

"Tolles Ferienobjekt mit super Ausstattung. Alles was man im Urlaub benötigt, war vorhanden. Diverse Gewürze und Kochutensilien, Spiele, TV mit Netflix, Standup Paddelboards, Schirm, Taschenlampe etc. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist modern und gemütlich. Angeln direkt von der Terrasse möglich. Auch Anfang November konnten wir bei Sonne ein wenig auf der Dachterrasse verweilen. Die Lage ist perfekt um verschiedene Orte zu erkunden. 100% Weiterempfehlung."

"Beautiful houseboat in a very quiet residential area. Still close to walk across the Amstel. Nice to see the boats on the canal passing by. Would definitely recommend for a peaceful stay."

"The boat is very basic but is in a great location not far from the centre of old Amsterdam. (Ignore Diemen as the location). It’s very cheap for Amsterdam which makes up for its basic amenities. You can make use of facilities in nearby cafes and the Public library. The surrounding area is just off the tourist route so you get to see how locals live. Cees was a great host, very accessible and happy to help out and give advice."

"I was really excited to see what it would be like on a canal boat. One of the first things that happened was a pair of swans floated by. Pretty cool. The location of the boat was in the middle of everything. A great jumping off point to tour the center of Amsterdam. I enjoyed my accommodation and exploring the city. "

"Wonderful experience. Martyn was very hospitable. The location is quiet and across from the zoo. Waking up to elephants and zebras was incredible. We enjoyed a nice hit tea on top of the boat in the mornings while we watched boaters and swimmers come by. We truly enjoyed this property and it’s fully stocked kitchen supplies. "

"This houseboat is not fancy - but it is as comfortable as being at a friend's cabin - we didn't want to leave. We had not stayed in Amsterdam before, so wanted our first few nights to be something unique. The boat was perfect! It was close walking to everything, yet it was quiet and relaxing once inside. Watching the crowded tourist boats traverse the river was a fun diversion. Our friends staying in a hotel were jealous of the roominess experienced on the boat. While we didn't cook, the kitchen...

"Wir hatten zwei tolle Tage auf dem schönen Hausboot! Es ist wirklich der reine Luxus dort. Wenn man reinkommt, ist es zwar sehr heiß, aber da man alles aufmachen kann, kühlt es auch schnell ab. Der Preis ist allerdings trotzdem sehr hoch. Der Check in ist relativ spät, das Check in Fenster zwischen 16:00 Uhr und 18:00 Uhr. Eher kurz. Dafür muss man dann um 10:00 Uhr morgens schon wieder draußen sein, das finde ich etwas knapp. Man muss auch alles ordentlich und sauber hinterlassen, es wird...

"We had a truly wonderful stay on Robertino and Carl's boat. The property is stunning, beautifully situated and equipped with every amenity you could think of. We enjoyed cooking in their well stocked kitchen, spent our evenings on deck watching the defilé of boats pass by and slept deeply on the very comfortable beds. Even though the boat is located on a busy canal, it is very peaceful and private. Thank you for making this such a memorable stay."
