"The home theater is great and a fun place to relax an watch movies at night. The only miner draw back is it is a bit of a drive to a trash can to dispose of your trash."

"Great location! We had a beautiful view of the mountains. Very well equipped, they have everything and every cabinet door is labeled so you can find things quickly. It is small though feels very roomy. The only negative is that they have 1-ply toilet paper."

"The location is close to town and in a very nice neighborhood. We've enjoyed the wildlife viewing which includes elk, wild horses, turkey, and deer. The neighborhood is quiet and the home backs up to trees which gives a feeling of total seclusion for great relaxation. The interior of the home is beautiful and clean. We enjoyed each room having it's own bathroom and the kitchen being fully stocked. "

"The house was very clean. There were items missing but we adapted. We do wish we would have known that the downstairs was only accessible from outside. The grandkids wanted to stay down there, so one of us adults took turn, staying down there with them at night. The house is in a great location and we had a good time "

"Overall stay was perfect. Beautiful property, neighborhood, enjoyed the wildlife. Didn’t need to contact Phill for anything but I’m sure if we needed to he would have attended quickly. He left his number several places around the house. The massage chair was beyond the world! Loved that his property was not stingy with trash bags, towel, and extra blankets. Thank you, Phill. We enjoyed every bit. Highly recommend!"
