Nestled in the heart of Ruffano, and a short distance from the beautiful Brancaccio Castle, Villa Giulia Liberty is a charming home, completely fenced off to guarantee privacy for its guests. On the ground floor only, with four spacious bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom, the villa offers a unique experience that elegantly blends modern comforts and historical elements, such as the beautifully restored original floors. The kitchen, located in a charming palmento (structure where grapes were pressed), combines tradition and modern elegance, creating an atmospheric setting for the preparation of meals. The tree-lined entrance leads to a well-kept garden with swimming pool, inviting guests to relax under the Salento sun and to take advantage of the set-up outdoor areas. Villa Giulia Liberty represents the perfect blend of history and modernity, offering an exclusive refuge in the heart of Salento, an oasis that celebrates the authentic beauty of nature and the proximity to the crystal clear waters of the Ionian Sea.
Interior:
A tree-lined driveway leads to the main entrance of the villa, accessible by a flight of seven steps. The entrance hall leads to two double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathroom with tub. Continuing on, you come to the living area with dining room and sitting room; from here a short flight of six steps leads to the palmento, where the kitchen (with washing machine compartment) is located. This space, enriched by the history of the palmento, has a dining area and independent access to the garden that leads to the outdoor dining area and the swimming pool. The ground floor is completed by two double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathroom with shower. Air conditioning only in the bedrooms.
Park:
The park extends for about 4000 sqm and is completely enclosed by 1.80m-high walls. The tree-lined avenue, with its harmonious arrangement of centuries-old trees, provides a majestic entrance to the property, leading to the parking area at the back of the villa. The garden is home to a variety of fruit trees, palms and colourful flowers and stretches between areas of lawn and paving where the outdoor dining area is located, near the kitchen exit and adjacent to the pool area.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool is located at the back of the villa, about 40 m away, and can also be reached from the external dining area. Rectangular and measuring 9 x 3.5 m with a constant depth of 1.30 m, the pool is covered with plaster and has a chlorine purification system, internal lighting and submerged steps for access to the water. The surrounding solarium area, in light-coloured stone, is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, and is protected by rich vegetation. The swimming pool will be open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
