"Very well appointed room in a modern style. Slightly clunky self check in using an online portal and hotel access controlled by the portal. Missed the personal touch of checking in via reception and engaging with someone. Location is superb, right opposite Basilica Sant'Antonio and an easy walk to all the other sites in the city. "The staff was SO friendly! Went above and beyond to make my husband and i feel welcomed. The place was amazing with a great view. It did have quite a few steps, but we are young and it was fine. :) Would stay here again and recommend to others! "

"A simple check in process. Excellent location within minutes of restaurants/bars and a quick walk to all the major sights. Property was very clean and the kitchen well-equipped. The only issue was the noisy entry system that sent video and audio into the room when other guests were trying to enter. It made for some interrupted sleep. Other guests were also frequently loud in entering the property. Shame as this spoiled the accommodation somewhat. "

"Great location in historic center. Very close to museums, restaurants & shopping. Owners are very accommodating & gracious. My room was large, sunny and beautifully clean. Great cafe around the corner for breakfast."

"This property is clean. However; the advert is misleading. This is not a one bed/one bath property as listed, but is a hostel. The noise from outside was incessant. The check in process was clear, but complicated (made harder if you don’t have internet access). Overall I cannot rate this higher than one star because it is not as described. "Very dirty. Crumbs and bugs everywhere. No Wi-Fi or air conditioning. Misleading description: not relaxing, sleeping with other guests in house. Odd smell, uncomfortable beds. Things were left from previous guests on the ground and in beds. We shared a bathroom with another family and it was left messy. The sheets were dirty, old, and filled with crumbs and mosquitos. Instructions were clear and our low expectations were shattered with disappointment. "
