"Maintenance man entered my room 3 TIMES and i was NAKED EACH TIME, IN BED!!! I was solo with my 6 year old daughter. He kept entering. Only spoke german. There is NO ONE AT THE APT. Its all remote - do they know who this maintenance guy with the tattoos is who is entering my room? DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR WOMEN. Contruction going on. I emailed support - they were remote and just said sorry, he is allowed to do that - BY EMAIL. What do we know about their background checks? I Never want to use a...

"Oberdeck is in a great location to explore Hamburg. It’s very close to transport, restaurants, and some great coffee. The apartment was compact but very clean and well equipped. The balcony is a great space. Our only issue was how hot it was upstairs in the bedroom even when it was cool downstairs and outside. A fan is supplied but it was still uncomfortable. The roof top deck is lovely. We would definitely stay again. "

"This appartment is in a great location for seeing this wonderful city. Check in, although not personal, was remarkably good. Fridge noisy, bed noisy, a little olive oil salt and pepper would have been nice. We didn't need it , but a cutting board in the kitchen should be provided. The toilet paper provided was of the very worst quality! 😀"

"Wir hatten bei ihnen ein Zimmer gebucht, jedoch konnte mein Mitarbeiter bei ihnen nicht einchecken da dieses Hotel nur für „Golfspieler“ sei. Es war nirgendwo gekennzeichnet dass dieses Hotel ausschließlich für Golfspieler sei! "Excellent location - 5min to the train station and the airport line and less than to to the Rathaus. Great amenities. The reception arrangements were not great as it’s reduced capacity on weekend, and email communications were slow - but we got there in the end."

"Comfortable though not cozy and too corporate style for my taste - has full kitchen. Hotel staff to guest ratio seemed high in the maintenance (had to call for electrical problem) and front desk, but fewer staff in the cafe where the better tables were slow to clear (maybe due to Covid?). "
