"Although our stay was short it was pleasant, the host and house were accommodating. The house looks exactly like the pics, very spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and close to several restaurants/ downtown. The host responds to any questions/needs in a timely manner. I would stay again & definitely recommend. Ty again"

"The home was very clean and roomy. Had plenty space for our family. The host was very hard to reach and our final payment was taken out a month before the due date. I tried to call to find out why and get receipt but the host never answered the phone or responded to any emails or messages. VRBO also tried to reach host but was not able to reach them. The day before our check in I received a text message with check in instructions. "

"Check in was seemless, the house was clean and had everything we needed, the only complaint I really had was the neighbors dog trying to dig under the fence and poking its head through, and it would have been nice if the grass was a little shorter. But this is the start of spring and the rain we have had, the grass honestly could have been mowed 2 to 3 days prior, joys of the south "

"Nice little place. Great location near a popular park. Had a few very minor issues but they did not affect my trip. Note: this is not a high end rental but it is clean and has necessities. "

"We enjoyed looking at the lake every chance we could ( we are water people ). Although we arrived much later than we had expected. While I went to my son’s graduation at fort Jackson, my husband and mother in law stayed until I was able to return. I feel their only thing was not being able to watch local news. My time Wednesday and Thursday was all about my son. Very close to where I needed to be at 7:30am. "

"Booked my stay for my son’s graduation and was a great location near restaurants, shopping area for groceries and overall short drive to army base. Great place to stay, quiet and super clean unit. Easy access to get in and out, plus the amenities the location has to use. I recommend booking it and will book again when we return again. "

"Place was as advertise, very clean and cozy. Close to the college and a easy drive to the beach. Brian the host was in contact throughout our stay to check in to see if we needed anything. When coming to Columbia SC definitely reach out to Brian and his staff to stay in one of many of their awesome locations.Thank you Brian for a great welcoming and friendly greeting as we walked in the door the first night. We will be reaching out in the future when returning to Columbia."

"It felt safe and easy access off the freeway. The shower had lots of hot water, BUT...BEWARE when you step out, it's a long way to the bathroom floor!!!! NOTHING (amenities), and I mean nothing worked. Not the fire pit, not the grill. My room was NOT stocked with kitchen ware. It only had 2 forks and 1 spoon. NO pots or pans at all. I had to make 2 trips to the front desk to get anything resolved. The light was broke in the LR and a safety hazard. The desk lamp did not work either. The...
