"The receptionist (I think her name was Theresa) was amazing. So friendly, helpful and nice. I have been to many hotels, she was outstanding and she is reason I gave this 5 stars. Rooms were perfectly adequate for the stay, clean and tidy. Had diner and breakfast both were delicious and had lots of options. Only slight negative was that hot breakfast finishes at 9.30 which is a bit early for me,"

"Firstly we were ungraded from a two bedroom to an entire apartment. We were staying for just two nights. On arrival we were welcomed warmly by Mary's lovely sister who showed us to the apartment.
