"Overall, the room was good although there should be a tv in every room which we didnt have. It wasnt fair that some guests had a tv when we had to watch our phones. The toilet and shower were overall clean. The fridge and microwave in the room were a bonus however we have stayed here before and other rooms do not have this. It was quiet in the nights and the room temperature were always warm. Thank you again for a lovely stay in rovaniemi."

"Stayed 2 nights. Room was comfortable and it was a very quiet area which we liked. You do have to walk/taxi it to here from the main Santa Claus hotel where you check in. Taxi was easier for us since it was snowing and we had luggages. No complaints. Walking to and from the main shopping area was okay, if you have mobility issues it might not be the best place to stay, but other than that it’s a good place to stay!"

A Rovaniemi gem

"This hotel was set in an out of way area in Rovaniemi. It was worth it to be surrounded by a lovely forest. The rooms each has a personal sauna which was the reason we chose the hotel. (The saunas in room for 2.) We were there to see the Northern Lights. The hotel has a viewing area on the roof. We only saw them one night due to snow but at this hotel, it was a wonderful vantage point. The hotel restaurant was wonderful, with breakfast included. The one challenge is that the hotel does not have an elevator. We took heavy suitcases up and down the stairs. Frankly I would do it again. The hotel was great. "
