No noise even though there was another place above us. Had induction cooktop whic was easy to use to cook breakfast. Ample size bathroom, bed was comfy. "We had a wonderful stay. The unit was just as pictured except for a large sectional for additional seating. Very clean and up to date. Location was good easy to get into Boothbay Harbour as well as traveling to near by towns like Damariscotta. It was a nice quiet location to return to in the evening. Bed was very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone considering staying here and would love to stay again. "

"Lovely cottage at the edge of the sand dunes and ocean beyond. Falling asleep to the sound of waves is amazing. Bed was comfortable. Missed having a microwave or some way of heating food but I guess it's a code regulation or something. The fridge is adequate but a bit small. Be prepared to have basic food items that only need a toaster. There is a grill on the deck and you can get creative with that. There are limited restaurants unless you drive into Bath. Just plan accordingly. Truly lovely."
