"This property is clean and well appointed, pictures are accurate and up to date. Check in and check out are self serve, easy, and convenient. We used this property as a jumping off point to explore the trails of the Susquehannock state forest and were not at all disappointed. The property owner is kind and helpful and quickly answered a number of questions that I asked via the VRBO messenger app. We will defiantly be returning to explore even more of the beautiful wilderness in this area and would definitely stay here again as a first choice."

"Comfortable cabin set in a nice area with view of the creek from the porch. Nice size rooms, very clean, with just about everything provided for your stay. Driving distance to several points of interest, PA Grand Canyon, Cherry Springs State Park, Kinzua Bridge, etc. Several small towns to walk around, especially nice was Wellsboro, you can spend a day there. All in all, very enjoyable stay."

"Three generations converged on the property to celebrate family and birthdays. The Gasthaus was very clean and had a well-equipped kitchen. The property was great for walks, hikes, and places for the grandkids to run around. Roasting marshmallows over the firepit created and brought back memories. The soaking tub in the Master was great for grandkids' bubble baths and grandma's indulgent soak. The only downside was intermittent water pressure in the upstairs bathroom. The washer and dryer were beneficial when one suitcase did not make it off the plane! Communication with the owners was prompt. They even came to the lodge to let us know the Northern Lights were visible! "
