"Le propriétaire est très correct. Très disponible. Il manque à Abritel de donner plus de précisions sur la location à savoir sur le nombre de couchage. Il est destiné à un couple avec un petit enfant, et non pour 4 adultes. La localisation est très bien . Il manque un peu de confort et surtout le wifi. De toute façon façon le propriétaire est très compréhensible et tout à fait prêt à donner plus en confort. Cuisine et salle d'eau sont bien équipées. Aucun regret pour ce séjour à Concarneau....

Taxis in the area do not respond to immediate calls from phone numbers based in the states. We walked up a great hill with our luggage to the address and the key did not have a number on it. "The property was very well equipped and thoughtfully laid out. The rooms were airy and comfortable. The host was friendly. The only issue might be the stairs up to the apartment which would pose a problem to anyone with mobility issues. It took about ten minutes to walk into Pont Aven town centre."

"Flat was ideal for us. Opposite a lovely beach and cafes and restaurants nearby. Half an hour walk to town centre or 5 minute drive. Flat was comfy and clean and had everything we needed. Agents were very helpful. Be aware though you need to book and pay for linen and towels. Luckily I had taken tea towels and dishcloths as there were none provided. Otherwise no complaints!"
